• Ongoing Fundraisers:
  • BINGO Night Report: Wednesday, January 31^st
    • Best turnout every: 152 attendees
    • Raised: $717.50
  • Debated: Should we do one more before end of year
  • Decided: Family Trivia Night in late March
    • Carrie LeVan to ask Peter Hallen if he would be willing to host
  • Direct Donation Drive: Began January 8^th – February 7^th
    • To date have raised: $6,545
    • Goal is to at least match last year’s $7,330
    • Need to keep promoting
    • Next Steps:
      • Pick up cash/check donations
      • Drop off raffle tickets with student names
      • Principals draw winner on Friday, February 9^th
      • Winners at each school site get to be Principal of day on 100^th day of school
  • Read-a-Thon: Last week of February 26^th – March 1^st
    • Carrie LeVan: update the fliers from last year
    • Distribute to principals
    • Sarah LeVan to promote on social media
    • David Motel to promote on website
    • Coordinates with Read Across America week

  • Approved $300 for Fourth Grade field trip to LC Bates

    • Carrie reached out to Jenna Zemark (literacy specialist) to coordinate plans

    • Rebecca Parker taking lead

    • Two separate books for each school site
    • Grade level collage pages
    • Rebecca to reach out to teachers to solicit class photos

    • Need date for ordering yearbooks, schedule for promo, etc.
