What Does the Waterville Elementary Schools PTA Do?
The Waterville Elementary Schools PTA is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the educational experience of all students at George J. Mitchell and Albert S. Hall Schools. We do this by providing funding and resources for a variety of programs and activities, including:
- Student Enrichment: Supporting our children with specialized programs and experiences including Field trips, classroom resources, school assemblies, and a community Garden.
- Teacher/Staff Support: Conducting Teacher/Staff Appreciation and resource support.
- Volunteering: Chaperoning Field Trips, Lunch/Playground Duty, Community Event Support, Classroom Support, Star of the Month, School Beautification.
- School Events: Fundraising allows us to host community events that help create lasting memories including Bingo Nights, a Read-a-thon, Roller Rink Party, and many more!
- School Food Pantry: Helping to keep our community Healthy and Strong by bagging weekend packages and distributing them to students.
- School spiritwear: We sell school spiritwear, such as t-shirts and sweatshirts, to help students show their pride in their school.
The Waterville Elementary Schools PTA is a valuable asset to our community. By supporting the PTA, you can help us make a positive difference in the lives of all students at George J. Mitchell and Albert S. Hall Schools.
